    11/24/2023 I purchased an entire kitchen set, paid in full up front for an ** gas range stove, refrigerator, over the range microwave, and dishwasher. All suppose to be the same brand and finish. ** Fingerprint resistant stainless steel. They were finally delivered the week of Xmas after weeks of excuses of why I had to wait longer to receive them. What was delivered wasn't what I paid for, the stove wasn't an ** but a *******. They told me it was and he just had to replace the door (wifi hook up says diff.) and it was all dented up top which they said they would replace when they returned with the bottom cover to the dishwasher as well as the *********** filters for the fridge. The microwave pull out vent doesn't stay put, they said they would fix it, the dishwasher is missing the bottom cover, they said it was at the store and they would bring it, they haven't (yes, I tried to go get it myself but they said I couldn't because no one was there to help me) and to top it off it isnt the same finish, the fridge didn't come with the air or water filter, they said it did. They didn't install the fridge like they were suppose to, they just left an extra door. They left and said for me to figure it out. As of today, 11/3/24 I'm still waiting for said fixes &/or replacements. Ive been left on hold and told the manager isnt in. My microwave just stopped working. I called to ask what I could do because it hasnt been a full year of having the product and they told me call ** warranty. I called and the s/n on product doesn't match on the receipt for the warranty. They gave me an already registered product from 2022 and not whats on my receipt. So there's nothing ** can do to help me.

    Hello, this customer came into our store on November 8th, 2024 and spoke with our store manager. She had thought this was taken care of and since it wasn't she agreed to exchange the microwave. We have this scheduled for November 18th. Our store manager also requested that we refund the customer for her range to make things right, which we have agreed to do. Once the customer comes into the store she will be refunded for the stove.

    I bought a GE refrigerator on March 24,2024 in the total amount of ****** ( ******** with tax and delivery).The bins are included in my purchase and and delivered on a different date, however the other 3 bins that is supposed to included for the freezer was not delivered and was promised to be delivered as soon as they arrived from the maker of the refrigerator which in this case GE.I texted the sale person whose name is ****** (not quite sure with her name} and said in a few days it will come.I texted her again after one week and she is no longer responding to my text.I waited again for another week still no calls or notification from her as to why the bins are not delivered .So I decided to message the ** Discount Appliance website and responded to me that they will let me know in 2 days because its the weekend and by Monday will find out.That was April 20 ...2 weeks has passed and I still have not heard from them.I just want the bins that are a part of my purchase and it is hard earned money in order to buy a new refrigerator.

    I purchased a fridge on 1/3/23 including a delivery and installation. On 1/6/23 they arrived with the fridge damaged and said they could not properly install the fridge but would be back with to fix the damaged fridge and complete the installation. I have contacted them 9+ times over the last two months and either no one calls me back after I speak with someone or they promise to replace the damaged piece and complete the install and never come. My last call, I requested my money to be returned and for them to come get their fridge. The owner said he would call me back last week after I said that and not only has anyone called me back but no one has come to get their fridge or return my money. This is fraud and no way to do business. They should not have brought the damaged fridge to my house in the first place. It wasn't damaged when I looked at it in store and immediately called it out to them when they arrived.

    Dear BBB,

    As of Monday 3/13/2023 the issue with ************ will be resolved. 

    We spent a great deal of time trying to explain why these issues were not resolved by us and finally understood the issue is with her contractor. We assured her when those issues are fixed we would be happy to help her finish the installation.    

    Please let me know if she needs any other assistance.
