      ????We were scammed! I hate to be this person online , but also wanted to do it so someone else does not fall for this guy and his phony business. We contacted My Neighbors Appliance Repair who was also recommended here on FB to checkout out our Fridge since it was not cooling properly. They showed up a Sunday August 5th to diagnose the fridge & let us know what was wrong with it. Proceeded to pay the $85 diagnostics fee , he then let us know what was wrong with and we both agreed we wanted to proceed and continue to fix it and pay the part that was needed. August 7th The main ******************************* showed up with another tall guy to fix the issue , about an hour later it was fixed they let us know that the fridge would be cooling within the next couple of hours , I thanked them and even offered them cold water to drink. We then paid the remaining amount of $353 dollars , screen shot listed below **** also let us know that they GUARANTEE their work and have a 90 day guarantee , again I thanked them and they left. The next morning the fridge seemed like it was cooling down finally & the freezer freezing properly. However that evening we noticed rapidly that the fridge was once again not cooling properly and even got a fridge thermometer to measure for ourselves. Clearly it was not cooling properly, hence the moisture on our cilantro. We quickly notified **** & let him know of the issue , we texted him since they never answer their phone he then asked if we had a receipt? When we NEVER gave us a receipt THANKFULLY I had a screen shot of the money I sent him. We then agreed on a date for him to come Friday august 16th 11:00 am - 1:00 PM to reassess the problem. **** NEVER SHOWED UP , NEVER answered text messages and NEVER Answered our calls since it goes straight to voicemail now. We are out $438 dollars and NO RESPONSE until this day from **** from My neighbors Appliance repair! BE WARE & DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS Shady and unethical business behavior

      This company charges 85 to diagnostic of my washer then to guarantee the repair I give 100 dollars so they know I was capable to proceed with the repair but then they want to do the repair whenever they want and not as promised, first they said Tuesday then Wednesday and show up then left the house without notice, very disappointed and irresponsible. NO RELIABLE!!!
