      Beginning February 6, 2023 - February 19, 2023, I participated in an online survey study, "Itrac Beverage and Snack Study," in which you download the "Kantar Scope" app and log beverages during the time period specified above. I was supposed to receive a $35 **** prepaid card as an incentive, in which I have written confirmation that I DID qualify for it, however, never received it in the mail within the 6-8 weeks after the study ended like the directions said. I contacted them via email *************************************** and was told that my card WAS sent out and they asked to confirm my address, which I did. I have **** Informed Delivery, and Iook at my daily digest every single day, none of which included anything addressed to me from this company, so I know it was 1) never sent out in the first place OR 2) it was sent to the wrong address as a mistake on their end since they had all my correct information from the beginning. I was told on April 17, 2023 that it would be escalated and investigated, but I haven't heard anything else since. I keep emailing and no replies. I have called them *************) an exact 18 times, all of which gets forwarded to their voicemail claiming they're away from the desk or assisting someone else, which I highly doubt since I call at different times within their operating hours, spread out over the course of about 2 weeks. I am unable to get a response, and it seems like a scam.
