This company nearly scammed my mother--in her 60s and on fixed income--out of thousands of dollars. They claim to set up a seller profile through Amazon or **** (which are NOT web domains) and that the webpage will sell products like Macbooks, iPhones, etc. They also say the seller will make money once others see the page and purchase these products.HOWEVER, it's the company that gets most, if not ALL, of the profits. They do this by charging THOUSANDS for the ********************** * ********** being sold. When they signed her up, the rep seemed helpful but was VERY PUSHY. I had overheard my mom on the phone with one of them, and they kept pushing her to check her email, to create an **** account, to give them the login credentials, and to confirm her credit card information. I advised her to end the call, but the rep said they would schedule another date * time to "walk us through" the rest of the process. This all seemed extremely suspect, which prompted me to look into the company. The negative reviews and lack of company information made me even more suspicious, and I advised my mom to watch her credit balance. A week later, the company had maxxed out her credit card with over $10,000 in repeated charges. I told her to immediately cancel her credit card and to report all charges as fraudulent to her bank--thankfully, they were able to refund the money, but I've heard others were not so lucky. This company is essentially taking advantage of vulnerable, fixed income, older individuals who aren't familiar with web hosting or web domains. Please save yourself the headache (and money) by avoiding this deceptive company.
