      I'd give **** Stoller Daniel Law firm -5 rating if I could. This is the worst law firm ever. Lack of communication, run around with information, refusal to speak with supervisor. Filed in 2018, gave 8 years worth of information to ******** at Dalimonte Rueb Stoller. Excellent communication, very thouorgh, completed all paperwork, gave authorization to get medical records, etc. She would call monthly with updates, said my cases with 2 different mesh manufacturers were both still in litigation, etc. After not ****** frim her in a while I began callung, only to find the name was now **** Stoller Daniel and ******** was no longer there in that podition. At that point everything changed. My caseworker was now ****. Now I'm being told my hernia mesh case had never reached an attorney, never been in litigation (as previously told) and hadnt even been reviewed yet! I'd left several messages, **** would never return phone calls, was denied speaking to supervisor etc. A few days ago, after 8 years from when started, I received a certified letter saying my case was revised and they would not be filing my case and as of that point there will no longer be association with DV Law or **** Stoller Daniel. Also said if any questions to call. I've called several times but no one at the firm will speak to me, nor return phone calls (I left multiple messages saying I had questions and to please return my call.) If you ****** reviews for **** Stoller Daniel, multiple clients have experienced the same exact issues. My suggestion ** Do NOT use this Law firm ******* *.

      Junk 100%Junk Scam outfit that has never received one ***** for Firefighters or Veterans. NEVER sign with these LOOSERS!
