    I completely agree with the negative reviews. This place is a joke. Horrible communication, follow up and scheduling. If you want to be treated like one of the herd, then this place is for you. You'd be wise to steer clear.

    I do not recommend Barrow Brain and Spine. They are indifferent to your pain, and have very shady mysterious billing practices coupled with exorbitant fees. They obviously did not care about me at all. I wasted my time and my money.

    My name is ********************* and I am a physician with the Veterans Administration.I am service connected for lumbar spine injury while in the service. The VA sent me to Barrow's Brain and Spine for surgery on my lumbar spine on 12/8/2021. The results of the surgery were devistating. Not only were the back pain and sciatic pain not alleviated, during the operation the left femoral nerve was severely damaged leaving me crippled for life. The left femoral nerve controls the three Vastus muscles in the thigh, also called the "quads". This damage to the left femoral nerve was confirmed by their own Neurologist with an EMG/NCV test. Their Neurologist stated that this damage to the femoral nerve was permanent and will never get better. This damage has left me crippled for life. I am no longer able to climb stairs, nor will I ever be able to go hiking again at our National Parks.I have written several letters, made numerous calls and texts, all of which have been ingored by all parties. I even sent a polite and professional letter, by registered mail, to the President/CEO of Barrow's Brain and Spine, *********************************** MD. **************** didn't even have the decency to respond to my letter.I requested the surgeon, Dr. ******************** in writing, to not have any students or residents operating near my spine nerves and trusted only him to operate in that area. My request was ignored and no I am crippled for life. As a physician I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your spinal surgeries. *********************

    Their second opinion program is a complete scam. Yes, it's only $100, but they are simply stealing. Do NOT waste your money. Contact a real doctor.
