      The first time we used them they failed to show up on the scheduled day and then sent two people the next day. The second time we used them they failed to schedule us and we had to reschedule a doctors appointment. I had to cancel a Physical Therapy appointment, for the lab work that was scheduled by them without asking if the time was OK. We were expecting them to arrive between 7 am and 11 am. We called at 11 am and we were told that they would be arriving soon. It is now 1:30 pm, my poor father has been fasting for over 24 hours now. This is not OK.

      Cannot comment as we do not know the patient name or date of service. The fasting part sounds unlikely as people only need to fast after midnight the night before -- 12 hours at most.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever come into contact with. I had a scheduled blood draw for 11. ***** no ph call and when I called was advised that the phlebotomist had a family emergency. Requested a Saturday appointment because I needed the results for 11.15.22 for my cancer doctor. No one showed up. I was told she came by and I wasn't home so she left a voicemail. Very untrue. I had been home all day and in the evening. They were going to come out on 11.14.22 so I could get my keytruda treatment and again never showed. Got a call to advise they would be out after 3pm. No show, no call. Needless to say I had to make others arrangements but they put me through h*** Sitting around and waiting, not being able to go anywhere has caused a lot of stress and frustration. I would advise anyone that is thinking about using them to definitely not go through the headaches. Having cancer is the fight for your life and to have a customer service group not care is unthinkable.
