    Bought the same medical cartridges I've always bought there and the lady checked the bag herself so I trusted it - especially since she asked if I had the proper battery for them. Later I opened it and 2 of the products were bait and switched advertised online with the same description, pic and brand but I was given different disposable auto draw products made by the same brand. I called back instantly July 29th and left a vm because nobody answered. I tried to call 2 more times again at both numbers I found, but I was told that there's no managers available in the afternoon. I asked if she could take my info and have them call me when they're in and she said that I would be called back the next day. Been waiting since July 29th. I tried to settle for the product since they don't care and when I opened it to try it, one is completely defected - fully intact but not functioning. I even tried charging it but it's just defected. This is my medicine. The lives of most of your medical patients are probably already difficult enough without you scamning them out if their ease. I don't know what sort of establishment functions professionally with no management in store this long but I suppose that would explain the disorganization with the case in my specific online inventory case. Please take back your trash product that I've purposely never bought in the entire purchase history of having my medical card since 2011.
