IV Pro Solutions provides concierge IV Hydration and Therapy at special events and pre or post-events on-site, upon request.
AZ Radio Rentals offers 2-way radio rentals for special events, worksites, or other needs. We also have other radio accessories, repeaters, and other communication solutions.

Payments by most providers is preferred to be made by check or bank transfer (ACH). Credit card payment is accepted with a 3.5% card processing fee.
Our training classes may also be made by Visa or Mastercard directly from the registration sites.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Event Medical Services (EMS):
MedStar Solutions invoices for event medical services either prior to or following an event, depending on the nature of the engagement. Because these services are scheduled and staffed in advance, refunds or credits will only be considered in the rare case that MedStar Solutions fails to appear at the event as agreed. We do not sell physical products; therefore, exchanges are not applicable.Training & Education (MSTI):
Payments for training programs through MedStar Training Institute (MSTI) may be collected during registration or on-site. If a class is canceled or rescheduled by MedStar, registrants may choose to transfer their payment to a future class or request a refund in accordance with the refund policies outlined on our training website.
