    The new management ******** is condescending and over using her authority- shes new to ************ pretty sure she is violating our rights as tenants in numerous ways. She harasses tenants & gives a different violation every month.. example: April a violation for having a towel outside to dry. May: violation for parking on our dirt space beside the trailer, because untenable no street parking is permitted either. The pool had minimal accessibility last summer limited to only 3 days a week from 3:30 to 8:30. This year she put a code and has a gate guard/monitor to not let you in without it requiring signing a new lease to use the pool during the current lease in place! As well the pool monitor is another tenant, not certified for any kind of safety but watches over with a power trip & makes everyone uncomfortable! I hope something changes soon and that the previous manager can possibly return.

    I got a letter from their lawyers and my money order sent back. Because according to ******* we committed 3 infractions. But I only got notice of one. I never got a letter from her letting me know first of the other 2, no warning nothing. Im pretty sure thats management malpractice, its unethical. Theres no communication just demands. I should be notified of the infractions so I can try to remedy the violations. I really feel like we are being retaliated against.

    Worst service ever from the manager at the front office, very rude and u professional.
