    2/9/2023 Signed VA Refi closing papers. 3/15/2024 found out from Pinal County and mortgage company that Mortgage Pros mislead the property tax information on the Refi last year in order to get us to agree and sign the Refi. Due to the deceit we are now a year later finding out that Mortgage Pros put inaccurate property tax escrow information on the loan and now we have an Escrow shortage over $2400 and our monthly mortgage increased $500 more a month.They lied and mislead my husband and I with false numbers in order to get ** to sign a Refi. Due to this fraud it has caused my husband and i financial ruin. Pinal County sent proof in writing to Mortgage Pros and the title company that Mortgage Pros had the up to date property tax information since Sept 2022, however they chose to ignore in Feb 2023 when they persuaded us to do a VA Refi which in turn has our Mortgage increased a detrimental amount here starting April 2024 and has caused us financial hardship.
