    We were introduced to *** by our real-estate broker into the last minute of a transaction. *** and his team quickly seized the issues that mattered to us and was able to provide the best alternatives in a quick and concise way. *** was always available on short notice to provide clarifications as we needed and always took the time to insure we where comfortable with the outcome.     **** helped us with our mortgage and he was amazing!! He was so responsive, very knowledgeable, and found us the best rate available. He explained every step of the loan process and it was so quick and smooth, it only took a few days from start to finish for the loan to be ready to be closed! We saved at least a couple thousand in closing costs as well by using Joon and the Phoenix Broker. I'll definitely be using his services in the future.

    Amazing experience! From application to closing The Phoenix Broker made the mortgage process quick and easy. Their team saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs compared to the loan I was moving forward with at the time. I was nervous to switch late in the purchase process, but they had my loan ready to close insanely fast (way ahead of the initial closing date we were aiming for!). *** and ******* are genuine, responsive, efficient and will forever be my go to mortgage resource.
