  This was the most unprofessional move I have had to endure. They must be writing their own reviews because my experience is quite different. They first double billed me for moving my pool table and they charged my credit card without my consent or approval. They promised an invoice before the final charge. It came AFTER. They broke one of my custom dining chairs and took it for repair. Still no chair and no response (2 months). They took until 2 AM to unload from 2 trucks with no lights to see. They used their cell phones. Our furniture was covered in dust as trucks were filthy. Still waiting on ************************** to settle my complaint. This is a A+ rated company on BBB?

  We provided a towing service for one of Assurance Moving and Storage semi trucks in **********, **. They fraudulently disputed the charge with their credit card company even though we have photos, invoices and recorded calls. The owner won't return calls about the dispute. They also did the same thing to a mechanic shop in **********, **. ********** organization. They are the definition of a fraud. Based on their tactics they do this often to other businesses.

  Assurance ********************************************** I was so happy to have these men doing my move , they were very good at what they do . They put things in their place , TV , Bed etc. they did an every good job . I am very happy with what they did they are nice people.Thank you ***************************

  They did a great job. The movers are very professional and polite. They put pads on all the furniture and wrapped it. They were at our home at the time set for both pick-up and delivery.

  Great experience. The movers were very conscientious and courteous. ****** and ****** worked hard and performed in a professional manner. The bagged the mattress and wrapped all items that could be scratched or damaged. The unloaded everything and placed it where I wanted it. They reassembled the bed and even removed the footboard after it had been attached, because I decided I didn't want it on the bed.I highly recommend them. Perhaps the other negative comments were prior to the current ownership. My move was a 25 mile move. Perhaps the complaints are related to long haul moves. Just guessing.
