  Do not use these jerks. Extremely bad experience. The worst ever in my life. I have moved a lot. They stole tools and my coins, damaged furniture, destroyed furniture. They even verbally abused me movers and the office. Not one apology for all this abuse. They coherced me into signing more money, they never even moved all of my belongings, they also left furniture downstairs blocking my living room for 5 days before someone else came by to move them upstairs. The farther son tag team are criminals they stole from me and verbally abused me and would not put any of my boxes or furniture where I asked them too. After 12 hrs nothing was in the right place, I still had a painting at myprev apt. It was beyond awful. They get minus100 they are no way near 5 star. The office even yells at you at the witch called me a racist. Dont know where that came from. The son- father tag team criminals were so evil and liars. The office dont want to hear the truth. Your items are not safe, they obviously dont care how treat furniture, your home, your person. Total disrespect, I cant believe these 2 are still there. Run away from this place.

  am addressing your review. Its our civil duty to let people know that you are an extremely racist person, and treated our movers with extreme disrespect. Your move took 7 hours not 11 hours. We did send out another crew a day later to pick up the painting you said was left behind, and we went to your new home and helped you there as well. Being dishonest is not the worst thing you have done, You treated the first crew who came to your home in a horrible way. We did want to have to respond Even though it brings to light aspects, we hope would remain private. The movers involved in the execution of move consisted of a dedicated, father and son duo who have been with our company for years. Throughout the move, our team was bombarded with your impatient and derogatory expressions. Our lead Mover reported your horrible behavior as it escalated during the move. You became intolerable that they almost had to abort the move halfway through. They were crushed under the weight of constant verbal battery, sadly your words didnt stop at just plain rudeness you begin derogatory talking about the older Mover with the younger Mover calling the older mover horrible names, and curse words. Ironically, your ignorance was such that you overlooked that they were a father and son duo. These movers are valued employees who are also African-American. They tolerated your gross disrespect and your racial slurs, and you were saying unspeakable things to them. This kind of behavior is uncalled for its important that consumers realize that you were inexcusably offensive towards them driven by pure racism. The movers could hardly stomach your behavior. They left early and had two things that they left downstairs in your apartment. You are not being honest and failed to mention we sent a different crew out at our expense to take care of things The new crew that I sent out to you were there to make sure that they get the other two items back up your stairs, and we made sure that the move was completed. Interestingly, this crew supposedly sprouted ***** wings in your eyes? our team did everything in their power to ensure your satisfaction they work, tediously, moving your belongings upstairs rearranging your furniture. However, youre ungratefulness is evident when your attempt to do a charge back on your card failed and we won that chargeback. You were not overcharged at all, and you mentioned to the movers, that you could not afford to move. You were charged fairly and accurately. You attempted to do a chargeback with your credit card company. We responded with all of our evidence, and we won that chargeback. Your credit card company sided with our company. We were able to prove that we charged you fairly and accurately. Allow me to conclude that you are still calling them names even in this review and other reviews and conversations we have had. I have had to ask you multiple times to quit calling them names and I suggest in the future, you dont discriminate based on someones race and you treat people with respect you are and will always be on our do not move List.

  Two workers were very careful and diligent with all of the pieces of furniture that we moved. Furniture, mattresses and belongings were wrapped and protected and placed in our new home where we requested. Special thanks for taking apart our sleigh bed and mirrored dresser and then re-assembling them in our new location.I would recommend these services.

  I had a great experience with Arizona Discount Movers. They were professional, hard working and very respectful of our things. We moved from a 21st floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living, dining, *************** spaces apartment, with elevator access, back to our shop, until our house remodel is completed. It was quite a feat and challenge. I will be using this company again when its time to move into the house.

  This company moved my subleter out of my apartment. During the move they stole an xbox and $700 worth of DVDs and Blue Rays. I arrived while they were still taking her items out of my apartment to find my items gone. They stopped at the *********** and handed off the merchandise to another person. When I called the police to report the theft in progress one of the employees had a warrant out for his arrests and was arrested. The other employee had a tearmark tattoo next to his eye. When I called management they were combative and defensive. I filed an insurance claim hoping that since they wouldn't take responsibility for their employees stealing the items they would at least consider them "lost in the move". They denied the claim.

  This entire company was very professional, friendly, and helpful. A very smooth move with no damage to my belongings. The movers were quick, efficient, very helpful, and even provided emotional support, which I really needed. **** and **** were fabulous.

  Horrible. Their truck broke down and they didn't have a back-up. I waited until 4:00 p.m. for them to arrive when they were supposed to be at my place between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. I wasted an entire day waiting for them. I took off of work to move. At 4:00 p.m. without having any communication from them for hours, I called another company. They showed up the next day on time and did a fantastic job. I have now been waiting over a month for the refund check for my deposit from Discount Movers.

  Thank you ************************* move went smoothly, the movers were very professional and efficient knowing exactly what needed to be done in a manner that accomplished the task at hand in a timely ********* family have used Arizona Discount Movers in the past with no complaints, but a lot of complements.
