Moving company initially quoted a reasonable amount. Paid half when booked in Nov 2023. Came to get load June 1. Wanted a cashier's check for 7600 upon arrival. Signed lots of normal looking paperwork. Was called later and told needed another check for ***** since they underestimated the load. Flew to fairbanks ****** the next day. Son in law ensured rest of load was packed. They did not leave any paperwork with him. He said they rented a uhaul for the remainder of the load after telling me there was another truck nearby. He also said one of the workers was hired through *********** The head mover refused to pay him the agreed amount which nearly led to a physical fight. Was told the cost would be updated once everything was packed.Called every day and was told today, June 10 that I owe another ***** or my load will not be delivered. I have not seen any other paperwork. I told them I want to see the paperwork and feel I am being overcharged. The lady said she would go back and review it.At this point, my daughter feels I am being scammed since I am a widow moving back home.I don't have any documents for the actual job because they refused to give them to me, but can prove the payments from my bank. I do have a picture of the truck I am attaching.

On April 16,2024 at approximately 11 am. Crystal Movers Inc was given a Cashiers check for $2,167.50. This was the half at pick up, they would receive the other $2,167.50 upon delivery. I was told that they would be arriving in ******** to deliver by Sunday April 21,2024. Later that day they returned to **************** in *******, at approximately 6:30pm, they began to unload several of my items off the truck and into a Storage unit 822 that their name is on,and I cannot access. On April 17, the truck had a brake issue and was towed to *******************. Where it was discovered that this truck #******** was flagged by corporate security as STOLEN. Because of this they were not issued a truck to continue the move, leaving majority of what I own on the truck locked up at *******I was informed that they had a break issue on 4/18. They would not give me any information of the whereabouts of my belongings. I had to call penske to find out that they rented this trailer for 1 day in ******* and have not paid for it sense. They refuse to give me a refund, though they will not be able to complete the move which VOIDS the contract. They also did not inform me of the 30-days to deliver until I had a problem with the delay. Which is withholding information and also VOIDS the contract. They also refuse to get me a copy of the Drivers License of the person who rented the Truck and a notarized letter releasing my belongs on the truck back to me. They lie and say they have spoken to penske, no one has reached out to settle the over $11k that they owe to ******. I want my stuff and my money, my stuff is worth over $70k to replace.

Signed a binding contract with USA *** Lines on 1/5/24.. was not told they were a broker. Paid $1103.31. On 3/22, was notified by Crystal Movers they would be picking up on 3/25 or 26, and only accepted a **** money order, Venmo, or Zelle On 3/23 did a Zoom inventory, paid an additional $639.59 as cubic footage increased to1250 feet. On 3/23, called by Crystal dispatch that they were going to need to change pickup to 3/26 or 27.On 3/24, called them back and told them change in date was not acceptable (I had someone flying in to drive from ****** ** to ************* MI with me.On 3/26, my belongings were loaded by **** from Crystal, into a U-Haul truck. **** did a photo inventory, and dispatch informed my cubic footage was up to1850 cubic feet, so they needed $4000 more. I used Venmo to pay them $3000, as there was not enough money in credit union. They wanted more. I attempted to transfer more via *****, only to find out they have a maximum transaction of $3000 over a week. Then they wanted more. I wrote a check for $1000 as they dont take credit cards, and post dated a check for 3/29 for $2700. I signed a contract and other documents, but was never given copies, or a drop off date Twice they have told me my belongings were coming but they never did. I was told theyd be delivered 4/28 or 29, but the AirTags in my stuff showed today it went to ************ VA, and then **** from Crystal texted me he would be here in 4 hours. He was going to deliver back to the address he picked up from. I still have to pay them $3000 before they will unload, which will be tomorrow . I dont feel like they deserve the $11000+ dollars, as the trailer they loaded my stuff in was 1763 cubic feet and wasnt full. There has been minimal communication and difficulty calling or emailing to talk to someone. Definitely didnt get my moneys worth
