Muscular Moving Men earned my utmost respect and thanks for their very professional and personable service during my recent move. They were on time, and the entire move went swiftly, without incident. As a woman of a certain age faced with the daunting task of moving after 40 years, having their very courteous help, made an intimidating task quite easy. All charges were explained in detail in advance, and effort was made to answer and explain any questions I ever had. I received a nice surprise as well when my total bill came in less than originally estimated. In general, and particularly if you are moving a parent or someone who may need special help, I highly recommend MMM. They went above and beyond with their warm and **************. Thank you.

5 starsI used Muscular Men Moving to move my father. They showed up as promised. They treated my father's belonging with gentle care. I gave them a floor plan showing where to place items. They followed it to ***. I was impressed as they dropped off boxes, wrap and tape. I definitely use this company for any future moves.Review fromJody M

I think they were wonderful! ******* was my driver and treated me and my belongings so well!! Accounting makes it super easy to deal with and I moved over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend them!!!Muscular Moving Men & Storage

1 starDefinitely would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using Muscular Moving Men. It was a pretty bad experience from start to finish. When scheduling the move, they gave me a quote and on moving day, I was told they had to add almost 75% onto the original quote because of the time it was going to take. I found this a little fishy considering Muscular Moving Men moved me and my stuff (the same stuff I still owned and was moviong again) just a year ago, so they had a full inventory of my things and still got the quote wrong. Classic bait and switch. Knowing from past moving experiences that things happen and things get damaged, I also paid for the full coverage insurance. On my quote, the insurance is listed as "FULL REPLACEMENT COVERAGE". Well, of course there were things that were damaged during the move, and they're serviceman deemed beyond repair. So when I submitted the claim for reimbursement, ******** told me the insurance only covers the "depreciated value" of the belongings. That's not "FULL REPLACEMENT COVERAGE". That's a downright lie! She quoted the fine print, but who has time to read all of that when they ask you to sign 12 documents the morning of your move? They ruined a piece of fine art. And they offered me a "depreciated value" on my art. Who ever heard of a piece of art that depreciates?!? It's absurd, and it's a very poor way to do business and handle people's belongings. You can find much better movers, that won't lure you in with low prices only to ***** you on moving day, and that will actually reimburse you for damages that their employees caused. I'm entirely disappointed, and could not, in good conscience, recommend Muscular Moving Men to anyone.Review fromBrett D

DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS COMPANY! This company bid on our move but did NOT provide the resources identified in the bid which was for 6 men and 3 trucks. 6 men did show up BUT only 2 trucks, doing this caused the time require to complete the move to explode which inflated the number of hours required to complete them move along with the price they charged. On top of this they damaged much of our furniture because it was NOT packed correctly for the move. Many things were just thrown on top of each other in large box containers and not secured in the trucks.Do NOT consider this company for any move, even if its just moving 1 box.Muscular Moving Men & Storage

1 starWorst move of my life! Complete failure on all levels. Movers did not show up prepared, had to leave for 2 hours to drive to the warehouse to pick up supplies. Late start, lack of **************** too small caused a series of ****************** Very careless & broke many pieces of furniture. Even after calling the office many times to report problems & damage, I was ignored. It took an email to the owners to get any response. But even that was lame at best. On top of that, they charged my credit card a random amount without my authorization! Dont use these movers!Review fromJeremy G

1 starSadly, had a great experience in my first cross country move, and a terrible experience moving my 70 year old mother across the country. They damaged numerous items, and had a guy abandon the job halfway through. But most importantly, they did not complete the unpacking which we paid for, made us go back and forth for weeks by email (including sending many pictures of stacks of still packed boxes weeks after the move despite paying for unpacking and debris removal) and refused to refund us the $900. After spending $60k between two moves, they offered $250 because their driver assured them they had done it. Would not recommendReview fromNicole H.

1 starDO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS COMPANY! NO STARS! There is not enough words in the dictionary for me to tell you how this company lied, disrespected, fraudulently charged and caused so much stress on a disabled veteran who is also battling cancer. How a company can stand by their name with what they have done is absolutely horrible! Shame on them. They do not honor their agreements, they lie, they disrespect, they damage your property, hide charges and fraudulently charge your card. Total scam operation. I am filing a claim here with BBB, I have reported them to the ********************************** I have reported them to the VA on what they did to a veteran, I have disputed the fraudulent charge to the credit card company and will do whatever I can to make sure that no one goes through the nightmare we are going through because of this company. No honor whatsoever!
