  I was referred to MMM by a small local mover to better handle my inter-state move. From the start I was communicating with people who kept me informed and up-.dated. They arrived at my FL home at the beginning of my loading window and delivered five days later in ** at the beginning of my unloading window. *******, the driver, and the locally hired laborers were pleasant and professional. I couldnt have asked for a better handled move.

  **** and ****** were absolutely fantastic! They moved me from one 3rd-floor apartment to another with zero problems, taking extra care with my fragile items and setting everything up perfectly. Even though it was hot and a long day, they were so friendly and professional the whole time.

  This is the second time Ive used muscular removing mens service. They were fantastic. I had four men who were working, and all of them were great, very polite, kind, hard-working. they made two runs in order to complete the full move of my house. They were fabulous. They worked from 8:30 AM until 8 PM without complaint. They always asked where I wanted furniture and boxes and made sure that I was happy. I recommend muscular removing men. They also are trustworthy and the quote was correct. no extra cost from what we discussed!

  I used Muscular Moving Men for my move from ******************* to ******** and I would highly recommend them for your move. The driver/******, *****, contacted me two days prior to our move and made me feel very comfortable that he and his crew would take care of us. ****** ******* and **** showed up at 7am as promised and did a great job finishing the packing of our valuables and loading the truck. Muscular Moving Men also was the best value out of the four moving quotes that I had.

  I hired the company for a cross country move. They were able to make an estimate via video conferencing and set up my move day efficiently. The subcontractors they added to the team for packing and unloading were both excellent - their local contacts were some of the best teams I've worked with in the multiple interstate moves I've done. They were organized, respectful, and took pride in their job. The biggest feedback there would be improved communication on their arrival during the move window (no communication on day 1 of the window when they didn't arrive), which is understandably tricky when drivers are on the road. Unfortunately, there was some damage to an antique piece of furniture and a ladder was missing at time of unloading. It took several weeks and communication attempts, as it wasn't clear that there is the customer service representative (whom I had been in touch with since early in the move) and someone else who reviews claims. Once I was able to communicate with the latter, the repair and replacement costs were quickly covered. Overall, moving always involves some uncertainty and jostle; this was no exception. I truly believe that their employees take pride in their job and I would consider them for a future move.

  ****** ******* and **** were great! They were courteous, conscientious, and very patient--especially with a very challenging piece of equipment: moving a gym-sized treadmill from a second-floor room! Additionally, the efficiency with which they packed a garage full of tools was amazing. There was so much more than just these two items, but I had concerns in the days leading up to packing day. Their service was a great relief. Thank you, gentlemen, for a positive packing/moving experience!

  My wife and I needed a full-service move from ****, ** to ********, **. Muscular Moving Men had the best price out of any company we contacted.The crew of ******* ****** and ****** made the move even better.
