    I went to Beau's in November of 2023 to have some aircraft parts crated and shipped to *****. The value of the parts was to be insured for $10,000. They charged $480 to build the crate and over $1000 for the shipping (Seko was the carrier). Upon arrival in ***** the parts had sustained significant damage. The crate they built was a couple pieces of plywood with shrink wrap around it. The repairs to the parts totaled almost $7000. ****'s arranged the shipping and therefore the insurance claim would need to be filed by them. It is now April 12th. They say they filed a claim but I have not received any compensation and my emails to ****'s go unanswered. It appears they are hoping I go away. The owner **** has told me that *** is handling the issue and *** tells me it is not his responsibility, that **** is handling it. They are a comedy of incompetence. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere.
