      I've never had such terrible service at any nail salon ever. Not only are my nails completely uneven and look terrible, but the technician also was very rough and nicked me multiple times throughout the manicure, breaking skin. After the last cut, I had had enough, and I demanded to talk to the manager. He was nice enough to "fix" one of the nails and because I was in a rush, he told me I could come back later so he could fix the others. He still charged me almost full price for the terrible service and experience (only 20% off). I came back almost 2 hours later, and he was with another customer, which I understand, so I asked him if he could get someone else to fix them and he said no-that I had to wait until he was done or make an appointment for a later day, even when they had other technicians available to do mine or the other customer's. After my terrible experience, you would think that they would want to help me more but that wasn't the case it seemed like. Also, they have a sign that says BBB accredited on their wall and this site says they are not which is a big red flag.
