    My husband and I purchased a 2024 ****** Sienna in May 2024, we had a handicap conversion added to this vehicle. This purchase was made online, I saw a picture of the van prior to the conversion. When the vehicle arrived, an employee was sent to our home to go through the van and sign paperwork. We were concerned right away with how high the van was from the ground, we brought it to their employee's attention, and he said he would get with the company regarding this situation as my handicapped husband cannot get into the van and I can barely get into the van. There was never any mention of this by the salesman, we had no idea until the van arrived. I made several attempts to reach someone at the company level and had difficulties reaching them. I sent an email to their service manager who finally responded to my request. They have replied to my email, assuming no responsibility on their part.If you are purchasing a vehicle to have a handicap conversion added to the vehicle, wouldn't you think that it would be important for a customer to know how high off the ground the vehicle is, since it makes it almost impossible to get into (the conversion is what caused the van to become so high off the ground). When you are selling a vehicle online, unseen by your customers, wouldn't you think that this would be an important item to disclose?I reached out to the company and their response was not helpful at all. I'm leaving the cost out of my review at this time.
