    I enrolled in Positive tutors for my son. When I enrolled, I talked with ******* in phone. At that time he didn't tell me that it's a monthly subscription and I had to pay monthly. He told me that it's a onetime purchase and I can book the class online and use any time. According to him there was no time limitations and after I finished that I could purchase another package and do the same. He also told me that there would be 4 free trial classes and if my son does not like the trial, I can cancel the purchase and get the money back. My child just took only 1 trial class and he didn't like it. Since then I have been trying to reach them to cancel but they didn't answer their call. And when I reached to them, they told me that I wouldn't get the refund. If ******* told me that it was a monthly subscription and I would be charged monthly, I would not purchase the plan. They told me that I could cancel after the trial if my child didn't like it. My child didn't like the trial and why should not I be able to cancel and get my money back. They charged me $143.99 in October 16, $****** in November 16 and ****** in December 16. The total is $463.99. I want all the money back. Nobody can charge the customer in this way. It's not fair. It's a kind of cheating because they told me one thing and did other. And also why I can't cancel if my son doesn't like the trial.
