- Refund and Exchange Policy
- You may return any unused, saleable product within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in a new condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless product is defective. Before returning product, request via phone, fax or eMail a Return Authorization number. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box for prompt credit. It is suggested that you insure the package for the value of the contents.
