      Have been trying to successfully contact their services for an appointment as I have within this past year submitted form email requests online w/o a response plus have left a portal message in 12/14/022 that hasn't been answered? Also their website at ****************************************************** has been experiencing submit issues for quite sometime and have a referral that was received from my PCP office of which was also faxed to them back in 4/2022 w/no reply or acknowledgement as well and will be expiring in 4/2023 as the referral is only good for year and will need to be renewed. Thank you kindly for taking care of this matter!P.S.: Have uploaded pictures of their portal w/website technical issues; also will submit additional documentation pertaining to this complaint if requested.

      We have reached out to the patient on 2/28/23 and left a voice message in order to get appointments set up. We will continue to do outreach until patient is reached.  If anything further is needed please let us know.

      Thank you kindly for both the BBB reply and to OrthoArizona's reply to this complaint and, although their services did leave a voicemail message by the name of ***** she unfortunately didn't complete the callback number in full, i.e., the number given was exactly stated as "*********", thus missing a digit and unable to callback?  (Had played this message several times though was able to hear ok as well.)

      Despite the former glad to finally get in touch with a live person in that matter, plus hopefully the next reach-back will be successful:  my hours of availability on the remaining weekdays of this week will be between 4:30-5:00pm on Thurs and 3:30-5:00pm on Friday should this help, just let me know:  also can be reached on Saturday too, thank you kindly again and looking forward!

      On Friday, 03/03/23 at approximately 3:35pm, I, *********************, BSN, RN, Quality Manager, called both numbers listed in the profile (Phone numbers ending in **** and ****). I left voicemails on both numbers with my contact information. I have not heard back.
