    Ongoing complaints since August 24th 2024. Our neighbors have been trashing our apartment and cars for over 6 months. We have been filing complaints with the apartment management, but they do not take action, and they have not contacted us back or returned our phone calls and/or emails since September 25th 2024. Management forced us to re-sign our lease in order not to be evicted, and we told them we didn't want to live next door to our neighbors, so we would only re-sign if we were assured something would be done to resolve. Mgmt told us that they are not allowed to evict the neighbors for ignoring the complex rules, but they assured us during two phone calls that the neighbors would not be allowed to renew their lease. However, we were not given any time frame as to when that might happen. We were also not given assurance that if they are NOT removed, we would not have to pay a fee for breaking our lease to move away from them. What we'd like to see is a signed document - proof that **** agrees that we can move out into a different apartment or move out altogether with ZERO FEE. Per the attached Lease Agreement that we had to sign, there would be an imposed $4,152.00 fee if we broke our lease, and we are required to give 60 days notice. We want all of this to be waived with no conditions if the neighbors are allowed to re-sign their lease and we choose to move to another unit in this same complex (or out altogether). We want to be able to move out with no advanced notice and with no time limit parameters, if the management's promise is not kept. We love living here, and we love our apartment, but we are fed up with our neighbors and the inaction taken on their behavior by Avilla management.
