      Over charges for tolls. Lies about charges. Will not refund over charges. Takes forever to get deposit back.

      Wow we just experienced the same as other post on here prepass devices were sent back and verified were recieved, prepass said they would mail a check for the $278.00 deposit on both devices we sent back afterwe found out they take so long to mail a check we asked for it to be paid back to my card gave them card info verified information and was told 48 hours it would be back in our account then 1 week later nothing I called again explaining that we didn't recieve it they said oh we cut a check then was told the next day they didn't cut a check yet that it would be cut in 1 month I said no I want it refunded via card they refused so I will be filing suit where I live plus court fees and lawyer I don't care how silly that sounds because they are thiefs and shouldn't take advantage of hard working people.

      Actual nightmare dealing with these guys. When you get a device replaced they say they will send you return instructions over the phone but they never do then a little bit later will charge you for not returning the device. If you ever have a problem with anything you get bounced around on hold and it's literally a nightmare. You get better support from the *** during tax season.

      Wish I would have read these reviews prior to doing business with this company. Would give them ZERO STARs if I could. They've been a NIGHTMARE to deal with! We've had ISSUES with their device and customer service since day one! Their device didn't work since day one and we were overcharged hundreds of dollars. It took almost 3 months to get it resolved - sent multiple emails that were either NEVER ANSWERED or answered with a very rude, unprofessional response; called and was told MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ANSWERS; requested to speak to a supervisor (they were NEVER AVAILABLE) and could never get a callback. Returned the device with $100 insurance (which they required), and am now charged $100 for a damaged device. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM!
