    ***** *******, *** Account Exec. at ********************** contacted me. We met on 8/14/24. He looked at our merchant processing * stated he could reduce our monthly fees by $400-$600/month. I stated we only needed a swipe device. All other processing is online. I requested a "cancel any time" option. He assured me this was possible. There was no mention of a cost/fee to cancel contract, or a different merchant processor company, or a charge for equipment. ***** (company owner) met with ***** to sign paperwork. ***** assured ***** that all paperwork was specific to the merchant contract. After signing the paperwork, we received a package from ******** with equipment-a swipe * other equipment. I reached out to ***** * was told that SignaPay was the merchant processor. Next received a Lease auto-draw from **************. I reached out to ***** who later returned my call stating the lease was for software. According to **************, the lease is for the equipment not requested. We were charged $97.49 lease payment before we used SignaPay to begin processing customers. ***** assured me we would get us a refund. This never happened. The equipment lease (copy received 10/30) is a 4-year non-can****able lease. Leasing company=Cascade; Vendor=Synergy; ******************************* Cost of lease total $81.39, includes ************ ************** paid Cascade in full * is owed payments. SignaPay states Only Synergy is responsible for the equipment* canceling lease. I called, texted * emailed ***** with no answers. ************* number provided by SignaPay is Synergy ***** **** number. No responses to any calls/messages. Synergy Payment Solutions corp# phone options cant be connected. No response to corp email. We paid contract can****ation fee to ********. We paid 2-lease payments. No help from Synergy/******** to cancel the lease. Synergy Payment Solutions is a scam. DON'T USE.
