      My sister and I were working with this business to help settle an automotive accident claim and we ended up agreeing to a settlement with the other party last year. We had gone into the office to sign papers that allowed the check to be cashed to Zachar Law Firm and they were going to write us a separate check after medical bill negotiations. We were told we should have something by December. We reached out and the email was inactive. We directly messaged *********** assistant and she said her and our lawyer are no longer working at the firm. We have not been contacted about this or notified if our case was transferred. This lack of communication is unacceptable and makes us lose trust in this company. I would like them to finish the job we hired them to do and to go over the distribution of funds because further negotiations may be needed.

      These clients were represented by our attorney *******, who left the firm at the end of November.  Then, very abruptly, his paralegal assigned to this case left 3 weeks later.  

      When we settle a case, the work is not always done.  We then must connect with and negotiate with the client's medical providers.  This process allows us to get the best result for the client.

      We are sorry for this delay, however, we have not heard at all from these clients.  The complaint seems to suggest that they were only "emailing".  Had they otherwise called us, we would have been alerted and would have remedied this right away.

      We will connect with them this morning and resolve this matter ASAP.
