  ACTION TERMITE & PEST...Rodent ***************************** control agreement and service.Agreement Costs and detail:1. Rodent control only available as a package WITH pest control and a 12 month contract. Plan Initial cost $468.00: Bait ************ Treatment, After- Monthly $99.00 1.a Since there is no agreement available for just rodent control, this company takes advantage of customer situation by charging the customer additional money for a package Rodent/Pest Control agreement when the pest control part of the agreement doesnt stop rodents or provide information that this will help prevent rodents from occupying your property. 1.b Agreement initial cost does not state whether you are purchasing or renting rodent bait boxes. 1.c. On 6/17/25, found out that $468.00 cost is just for dropping off bait boxes. Bait boxes picked up by Action Pest Control when treatment agreement cancelled 6/17/25. This is not stated in agreement. ***************** cannot meet "Pest-Free Guarantee".2. Agreement does not provide information on how the rodents react to bait boxes. i.e. reluctant to eat bait, if they eat bait, Servicer said it takes 3 days to kill rodents after eating bait. After two months no sign that the rodents were dead or gone. 2.a Treatment servicer provided no validation that the treatment was working.3. Service agreement cannot meet "Pest-Free Guarantee".

  No wonder they aren't accredited with the BBB--they are terrible! My Pest Control used to be a mom and pop company called Dynamic Pest Control and we did well with them until they merged with Action Termite & Pest Control. My most recent appointment in early May 2025 sent a tech to my house I had never had before. I wrote him a check and handed it to him as I always did with Dynamic. He didn't report the payment in my portal and held it until May 29, almost the entire month and the portal kept sending me messages stating I still owed payment for this visit, which wasn't true. After 2 weeks, I fired the company and finally May 29, I got a call the tech had finally brought my check to the office and then the caller hung up on me. This company is totally inept. Their techs, their customer service, the whole company stinks. I am a very angry former customer and well rid of them and I will tell everyone how bad they are.

  I have used the termite service from Action at two homes now. When I purchased my current home, the previous termite company conducted an inspection and declared no issues. Later I found evidence of termite activity, so called Action, who found several problem areas. The technicians who performed the termite service were extremely thorough. They treated all appropriate interior and exterior areas, including ground areas next to foundation. I purchased a five-year contract, which includes an annual inspection. I also contracted with Action for pest control service, after being unhappy with the previous service company. The pest control technicians are also very thorough and ensure that all areas are treated inside and out. They keep notes on my preferences for treatment and follow those each time they come out. I highly recommend Action for both termite and pest control services.

  Promised they wouldnt use my credit Card until job done. Charged it right away. Job was not done until the next day. Unable to see if job was done as I was told it would be done. Cant see signs that it was done as I was promised.
