    Provided payment for product on July 13th. Sample was provided but did not meet expectations. Pharmedica USA website is no longer active, phone number is no longer active, and all of the contact information we have has gone completely silent and will not response.

    We own a health supplement company by the name of ENSANT. In April of 2022, we began corresponding with Pharmedica regarding contract manufacturing of *************** supplements. Originally, the ** of Operations of Pharmedica, ***************, was professional and responsive, likely in order to gain our business. By July of 2022, we had signed an NDA and contract manufacturing agreement that we put in place prior to agreeing to hire them to exclusively manufacture a *************** formula for us, that we both signed. Per our contract, 50% deposit of the final invoice was to be paid upfront, and 50% upon completion. By August of 2022, we settled on a formula and were assigned an invoice deposit. Mo stated, as is also outlined in the contract, that the product would be delivered within 4-6 weeks of deposit payment. He followed up multiple times that week to ask if we had sent the transfer. That week, we paid the deposit of approximately $2800 (including the wire transfer fee). 11 weeks have now gone by, and we have yet to receive any of the goods. We have followed up time and time again, via phone, text, and email to inquire about our products, as we are more than double the production delivery date assigned in our contract, and the owner either provides an excuse, tells us shipping will handle it (which they never do nor send us any communication so I'm not entirely sure a shipping department exists), or we are ignored entirely. This company, Pharmedica, is a fraud and a thief. We noted other reviews online by other customers recently that experienced the same thing. They need to be held accountable and we'd like to warn away customers need to be warned from being scammed as we were.

    It is sad that I have to come here again to get a resolution with this company. The first time was because my products had not been delivered for over six months after I paid for them. I was contacted by ***** and my products were delivered but some of them were missing. I was pleased with the packaging but the product was trash. It was *****, lumpy and did nothing but give people stomach pains and diarrhea. I asked for a third party validation which I told I would get but never did. I was told to send the products back for a refund and I had to cover shipping myself. They received their product back on September 29, 2022. On October 11, 2022 I reached out to ***** about my refund and he told me he would check. On October 19, 2022 I reached out to him again and he did not respond. It cost me $3,200.00 for my pre-workout, $3,790.00 for my post-workout and $597.70 to ship this garbage back. That's $7,587.70 gone, and that's in addition to the cost to maintain a website, monthly business account fees, monthly fees to have an ecommerce and the lost of customers who had been waiting.I want a complete refund so I can start over, this has been a very stressful situation for over a year.
