They have taken 3 months to refund an overpayment of $210 and not repaying me. Their excuse is they are sorry for the 3 month delay and no refund. They have told me it will take 4 to 6 wks on August 10th when I started the refund request. It is now november 4th and I only get 'I'm sorry" and no date on a refund.

The ******* Location is so poorly run that it's embarrassing. A clear indication of this is the lack of Entrance sign(s) overlooked by their leadership due to the 11k price tag quoted. If a company could care less about something as simple as an entrance sign, and the overall aesthetics of their place of business, how can one even fathom they will invest in your overall well-being? This clinic does not abide by its Core Values. Rather, these are just mere words that sound good instead of actual values put into practice. My question is how does a clinic put a customer first if they have to close their doors due to a PT ALLOWING HER LICENSE TO EXPIRE? Why does Orthopedic ********************************************* not have procedures or policies to ensure their practicing Physical Therapists maintain and renew their licenses by ***** standards? This is a reflection on the lack of leadership at Orthopedic Physical Therapy, which is not effective communicators, not clinically knowledgeable, not competent, and does not drive change by providing high-quality care. It begs to question of whether or not this PT was practicing the week before with an expired license. As stated during our last interaction before being unprofessionally discharged from the clinic, the patient's responsibility is to focus on their healing process!! All the other stuff is just noise, perpetuated by crappy leadership and incompetent/oversharing staff-that takes away from the task at hand; develop a treatment plan to improve a patients ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The proof is in the pudding, despite ******************** pontificating about 31 years of experience in the field. What an absolute joke! Sir, the truth is you allowed the clinic to be closed on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, because you were unaware that a PT did not renew her license. The truth is that Ortho *********** continues to refer their patients to **************. Fix the problems and do better.
