    I signed up for a monthly membership in October of 2022 at IMX Pilates. I cancelled in October and my contract ended in September. I was still charged monthly at $239.00 by the company after the ended contract date. I reached out to the company by email and phone when I discovered the overcharge statements, they did not respond until multiple attempts of me contacting them. I had to cancel my credit card due to the continues charges and no responses. Once I was able to get a hold of IMX they told me they would refund the money. They never did. I reached out again a few weeks later to get a follow up on my refund. Again they said they would refund my money and never did. This is now my third attempt of contacting the company to get for a refund of the over charge amount, and still no response. This company has changed me a total of $956. I'm seeking help from the BBB to help with receiving my refund and to help others not be scammed by this "business."
