    I ordered a ****** pizza with my friend. Unaware there were mushrooms on pizza we ordered it...no other place has mushrooms on the pizza we glanced menu saw they did a *********************** ordered it mind u this large pizza was 33 dollars. Once we received the pizza we noticed the mushrooms called restaurant and explained my friend is deathly allergic to them and asked to remake it. The said only if we were going pay full price for said pizza so another 33 dollars. Mind u we glaced the menu at 930am they didn't open till 12pm. They opened sliding door and they were smoking inside the established which is against the law in az. I asked if they were serious. He said yes next time i should be more careful. I asked for the owners name. And he then refused to give it to me i asked three times and he then hung up. I have never been treated so nasty and not even disrespected for requesting a remake. We apologized prior for the misunderstanding and explained. No other place puts mushrooms on it. He didn't care and continued to be an absolute disgusting nasty service worker.

I, as the manager am deeply saddened to understand that our team members did not show flexibility and support towards the customer when the initial complaint was expressed in person. Nevertheless, I have taken the necessary steps to ensure that regardless of the situation all our team members behave their best and put the customer first.

    To conclude, I am thankful to the customer for their understanding and that they came to visit me in person where I personally handed the new pizza to them. I remain at your disposal for any information you might need.
