    YOU DONT PASS YOUR MEDICAL , THEY KEEP DEPOSIT AND OVER PAYMENT ARE KEPT AFTER MEDICAL DENIAL. NO SERVICE. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS OR MESSAGES. THEIR DRS DENY service and without explanation, they cancell surgery AND KEEP all the money. If someone paid over the deposit ,,, the deposit is 10% if you made the HUGE mistake to in good faith give over 10% of surgery provided ..they keep it all. They arrange it so that you can't reach anybody through the phone. They arrange it so that you don't get an email back 22 emails over a couple months of a period and you can't get them to respond so you make a bank claim and then somewhere in the non-existent " contract which was never signed only by checking a box electronically AFTER U GIVE DEPOSIT YOU GET THE ******** their terms were not outlined clearly to me obviously I wouldn't have paid over the 10% deposit. There's actually no way to talk to anybody they I have evidence of do not get back to people 22 emails over the course of months even though their doctors are the ones who canceled even if you clear by your doctor they don't get back to you so out of sheer frustration you make a bank claim and somewhere in the fine print of a non-existent " contract it says if you make a bank claim you're forfeiting all of your deposit. So they're keeping $3,800 of my money even though I did not medically clear my test and I canceled in writing 61 days before because I made a bank dispute they are keeping $3800 on a surgery they legally can't perform. ILL CONTINUE with the **** BBB, REVIEWS, CONTACT EVERY SINGLE PERSON to ask about theses THEIVES ..UNTILL I PASS AWAY. I have evidence of this PATTERN of theft of services. I have many others doing a class action lawsuit ill keep moving forward untill I've listed *** MILLIONS of lost business. If one surgery is 40K think of all the lost clients .... now on to the BBB COMPLAINTS.
