    I understand that Leisure Installs is not BBB Accredited, but I wanted to share my experience with the other potential customers!On September 5, 2023, I contracted with Leisure Installs (Playground Equipment) to build a treated wood platform and assemble a Lifetime Shed (8X5) in my backyard. On September 20, 2023 the team came perform the work. They used untreated wood for the frame. I complained and they changed to treated 4X4's. They completed the assembly and the doors were out of alignment, so the owner quickly blamed it on Lifetime Sheds Product. I paid them and they returned my manufacturers Assembly Instructions, Later, after reviewing the Assembly Instructions I learned that the platform was built completely wrong, incorrect materials, not squared, no drainage holes, missing assembly screws and shims. I contacted the owner who denied my findings, became hostile, loud, and defensive about the work of his employees (relatives). On September 26, 2023, after a bad discussion, we agreed on a refund for the platform costs to be credited back to my credit card within 2 days. On October 2, 2023, seven (7) days later, no refund! Disappointed, I disputed the charges and contacted BBB for sharing and assistance. My Conclusion: Leisure Installs takes shortcuts and fails to follow manufacturer Assembly Instructions! Reasonable prices, poor work quality!
