      I have had many issues with this company since moving in to my rental in July. My water has now been shut off twice in the time that I have lived here. I can hardly ever see a bill that is current and up-to-date on my account every time I login, I recently just paid over $200 in fees and billing Back in October and was still having issues after the fact, even though I had a zero remaining balance at the time. I had been on the phone with somebody after trying to contact for several days in late October when the payment was made and I was told management was supposed to reach out to me the next day and never got anything in return. I called back several times and could not get a hold of anybody. Then recently, I could not see a bill until a few days ago (January now) so therefore my bills were not being paid, Though I have been over auto pay and sent the form through email several times, Every time I get a hold of somebody, they inform me that auto pay has not been set up even though this is the fifth time Ive tried to do so. I am now having the same issue of my water being shut off today and the woman I spoke to on the phone this morning was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She did not offer me any solution and rudely informed me that the manager would not do anything about the problems. I was having, though I did ask to be contacted by management. I have now called several times since then trying to get a hold of a manager and still have not heard anything back. I am willing to pay the amount that is due without all of the fees that cannot be accounted for. I am not willing to pay a shut off fee when I cant even get a bill that is current and up-to-date. The bill the woman sent me over email this morning is different from the most recent bill that I can view on my account. This company has nothing but poor reviews and can never seem to come to a solution. I have paid them way too much money and cannot afford and am not willing to be overcharged for a water bill.
