DO NOT RECOMMEND... The gag here is that we never even called them or asked for their service. My unit had zero plumbing issues before they started work on the unit above, yet ever since they left a note saying they were working, I've had leaks, water damage on my hard wood floor, and now a completely backed-up sink. Instead of fixing the problems they caused, they keep deflecting responsibility and making excuses. They first claimed their work couldn't have caused the leak, even though it started immediately after they drilled above my unit. Then they admitted to the leak being from them drilling and our cap being loose. Now, after another visit, my sink is completely unusable, and their response is just, "That wasn't us." Each time we request them to fix the issues they caused, its extremely difficult to get a hold of them. When we do, they attempt to charge extra fees for emergency visits AKA problems they caused, even though were just asking them to rectify their mistakes. I don't even live in the state, and I've had to go back and forth with them because my parents, who live there, don't speak English and can't advocate for themselves so this has become beyond stressful and frustrating for me.Avoid this company unless you want half-done work, property damage, and zero accountability.

Hi, let me start by saying I understand your frustration with the situation and feel free to call me anytime to discuss, **** ****** ************. The circumstances are that we were called to the 3rd floor unit to clear a stoppage in the kitchen sink. The drain line ran down from the third floor through the 2nd floor and then through your unit on the 1st floor to go under the foundation. The drain line has an access point or cleanout that is unfortunately located under your kitchen sink. When the line backed up, and the cap on the cleanout was not fully secured, a leak under your sink began. This leak started the minute the drain line backed up. Our rooter cable will go straight down and never touch the cap. So, the damage was caused by the backup and the fact that the cap under your sink was not secure. We contacted you to get access to the cleanout in order to clear the drain line and secure the cap. I personally was there and we were able to accomplish the task. While I was under your kitchen sink, the particle board all around the bottom of the sink was damaged, not from this incident. The dry wall around the cleanout was wet, which we removed a 6 inch square to confirm no leaks inside the wall. The leak from the cleanout caused the damage to the dry wall and the flooring. This damage was not caused by the plumber. The question is who is responsible for the cleanout cap being secure? I am not sure of the answer to that question, but I can assure you that it was not caused by the plumber as the damage was happening before we ever arrived to the jobsite. Thanks, **** ******, ******** Plumbing

We purchased a home warranty with first american home warranty that we purchased when we bought our home our water heater went out so the warranty company had us to pay an additional ***** upfront for a service call then the company sent pruitts plumbing from lake havasu city az to do the repair after waiting a week for the earliest appointment with our water heater not working pruitts plumbing arrived and did nothing put in thier report the water heater was working which is a falsified report the water heater will not turn on by the thermostat or turn off the plumber had no instrument to test the unit or the temprature so we called and let them know it was not fixed and they said they would make another appointment for seven days later i explained they have worn my patience out under the conditions of being without hot water for three weeks so pruitts plumbing is not trustworthy in my view neither is first american home warranty in my experience just scammers not reliable .

Hi ***,I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with our diagnosis. I do understand that you have a home warranty company. There are some items worth discussing when working with the Home Warranty companies. The biggest item is that they make the rules and they decide what they will cover and what they will not cover. As a vendor doing work for them, we make our diagnosis, call in our report and then the **************** decides if they wish to replace the item, repair the item, or if they deem it is working up to manufacturers ******** your case, our tech made his diagnosis and called the **************** and ************** made the decision not to replace the water heater at this time. I see from the notes that the tech wanted to leave the heater on, but he was asked to turn off the gas.I understand some of the frustration trying to work within the rules and guidelines of a home warranty company, so please feel free to reach out to me and we can personally discuss any part of your situation.**** ****** ************

****** plumbing is a joke. My home warranty sent 3 plumbers from this company to fix a leak in the bath tub faucet and each of them insisted that it was residual water from a shower. Which I reassured them it was not because I had not been home in 2 days and came home to a wet tub and I could also hear the leak throughout the day and night on previous occasions. After not fixing the leak I noticed my tub started to stain near the leak and called them back to see if they could try again and the receptionist said I should of tried a 4th or 5th time to reach them because now that my warranty is up (a few months later) I would have to pay again. Pay again for a job I already paid for the was never fixed. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money!

Terrible company. They were sent out to repair 4 leaking faucets. They called and said they would be here between 8:00am &11:00 a.m. showing up at 5:30 p.m. Flooded 4 bathroom vanities and ruined 4 high end faucets. There solution was to order $30.00 faucets that did not match the other fixtures. 2 weeks later still have 4 damaged leaking faucets. Poor customer service. Do not let them into your home.

TLDR:Unscrupulous business practices from doubling the bill on us the day before ******** Plumbing was to come out to our home to fix our water heater. ***** which was ******** Plumbing representative and plumber was extremely pushy, rude, and disrespectful to my wife and family in our home. 100% do not recommend.BBB has you at 1.9 stars. Yelp has you at 2.5 stars out of 230 reviews. Tons of poor experiences like the one I had. Not professional. Without going into details, they are crooks. I wouldnt recommend them. Only reason why they are in business is because they have a contract with a warranty company.Updated response per ******** Plumbing LLC Sep 7, 2022:*****, I spoke with you directly via phone (the owner). ***** was the gentlemen in our home. We worked through a home warranty ************ paid you a fee to fix our water heater. That constitutes us doing business together. The gentlemen ***** you sent out was extremely rude and disrespectful. He scoffed at how he made more money doing a different job previous than his new plumbing career. He was pushy and demanding that we pay half of a fee that we were not aware we had to pay. We simply asked him to give us some time to follow up with the home warranty company. He seemed to get even more upset. It is our understanding you get paid roughly $110 to come out to visit our house to see what was wrong with our water heater as per the home warranty company. Hardly enough to stay in business.Coming off the heals of your employee being rude and disrespectful to my wife and our family, it did not bode well when the bill was to be almost $600. Again, we wanted to contact the home warranty company to ensure this was in line with their policies.Though your employee was extremely rude...We asked you to not have your employee contact us any longer due to how rude and disrespectful he was to us in our home. He ended up being the non-sensical guy to contact us again. We got in contact with home warranty

Pruits fixed 2 toilets in my house and both have the same issue. Except 1 toilet leaked through my master bath to the kitchen. The installer didn't cut the part the installed shorter and it leaked water everywhere. When I called they sent ****** and he explained to **** and I recorded their conversation. ****** technician tells **** per Batum that the part they installed wasnt cut down. **** said well we can tell the owner we can fix this longer hose. When the entire time it was that part. I ended the call with **** and demanded ****** to leave not allowing them to touch another part. I called **** a liar and filed a complaint with the video to the **** Now ****** refuses to fix the water damage. Home owners do not let your home warranty send PRUITS out. They are dishonest do not trust them either. Thank god I recorded this. The other plumbing company said it was what pruits replaced and it should have been corrected as this is a reflection on their company.Shame on you **** Project Manager. from pruits
