  The sales person made lots of promises and had a lifetime warranty to back them up. I thought I was going to get a professional job. I had confidence in them. Then, their workers showed up without all of the materials needed. As of today it has been about two weeks and they are still not finished. I had a brand new water heater and whole home water filter ready for them when they showed up. By the end of the day both of those new units were broken and inoperable. I had to "beg" them to not leave me with no hot water. They were actually going to leave me and my kids that way. They "rigged" the water heater to work and called it fixed. At least I had hot water. I don't know if my hot water heater warranty is any good any more. I was left holding the now broken water filter system to return and get new. That wasted a lot of my time and gas. It is still uninstalled as of this review. They cut unnecessary holes in my walls and they admitted "mis-measuring" as he put it. They left the sheet rock sitting on my floors allowing hot air from outside and the attic to be sucked in from the ac unit return air. They left the insulation pushed back. As they were leaving I asked them to close the holes they cut from outside for hose bibs. They closed a couple but since they left I have noticed others they neglected to cover. I also noticed all the chunks of wood and dust they left behind from drilling holes. They left an open bag of chips on my kitchen counter. They left the existing water and gas pipes in my attic and walls. They moved my water heater but left the old water heater vent pipe hanging from my ceiling. I guess they expect me to close the now unused hole in my roof? The list goes on and on.I contacted the sales person. He ignored my messages. After speaking with a couple of their representatives, their owner called me and demanded payment without any concern to any of this. His words "my concern is how do I get paid?"

  They were great. Friendly, professional, efficient, minimized reconstruction damage, stayed ON BUDGET and were very upfront about costs, extras and scope of work changes. Passed the inspection the FIRST TIME. Do be patient about scheduling, though.

  Amazing Service!!!!!! *** and his crew went above and beyond. *** assisted me with several additional issues I needed corrected. The finished project solved every issue I was experiencing. I highly recommend *** and his crew to anyone needing a repipe. My home was built in **** and we used *** and his team in June and July of 2023. 10 Star rating!!!!! I would never use anyone but *** and his crew!!!! Thanks *** and Crew.
