    Horrible! This company was the provider my Home Warranty gave for an Air conditioning claim. They came out, said it was Blower and fan. Supposedly replaced. 1 week later, no AC. Called again, days later they came out and said the problem was the compressor. Days later replaced. 1 week later -NO AC- are you kidding me?? Days later they came out and said my Evap cooler and coils went out- no coolant at all said it was a leak?? No problems before and unit was checked prior to this. Refused to show me or test. 2 1/2 weeks later after rounds and rounds with HW, a very rude man named *******, the owner named *****, they got authorization from HW (refused to provide me with ANY paperwork except 2 pink unreadable receipts) as proof of what they submitted to HW or what work they did. Charged my $, threatened me and never provided paperwork. This company is far from professional and I question if they aren't committing insurance fraud. BEWARE.

    Economic Plumbing Professionals are no longer allowed on my property. ******* and the rest of this company do not know what they are doing. Working through our warranty company, Economic Plumbing Professionals came to our house after our ** could not keep the temperature to 75 in our house. They said the fan motor for the ** needed to be replaced and they replaced it. After the tech replaced the motor, there was loud metal on metal screeching and the tech said that was normal for a while after replacing the motor(the sound was echoing out on the street in front of our house and the ** unit is in the back behind a brick wall). I didnt believe him but let him leave, it continued and got worse and they came back same day and said we may need a new fan blade(how did that magically happen and was not mentioned the first visit?). Fast forward and they never communicated they had ordered blades until I reached out and a few days after they left. That is when they said they were on order and would be here within 4 days( which was not the case, we waited over 10 days). The week after they were at our house, we were out of town and got a notification from our nest thermostat that the temp was 96 degrees in our house. We couldnt get a hold of Economic Plumbing Professionals and had to pay for an emergency visit to find out that a fan blade had fallen off and the motor was still turning and was at 252 degrees and the emergency tech said that was the hottest fan motor hed ever seen. I would HIGHLY advise you do not even consider this company for anything as they are incompetent, lie, have extremely poor communication and actually make situations worse and unsafe. I hope that others steer clear of this company.

    Absolutely the worst AC company! As with others, I would give negative as well. Went through my warranty company and was unlucky enough to get assigned to *********************** and his Inept team.They showed up the first time and after supposedly checking the pressure (he did not) and Freon levels (he did not), the tech said it needed a new motor (it did not). He replaced the motor (1st dart throw), but that did nothing, the house was only getting down to 81 degrees (so yes, working but not getting cool). They came back the next week and said the coils needed to be cleaned, that was my problem. The said they cleaned the coils and the unit (they did not) as my hose would even reach the unit so how did they clean it without hooking up a water supply! Third time is a charm? Not with this company. They came again, went ** in the attic for hours and not sure what he did. I know what he did do, he let all the freon out of the unit and now my house was at 97 degrees, so they actually made it worse after 3 visits. I called ******* and asked him if they knew how to fix A/C's or do they just start replacing stuff and keep billing the insurance? He started berating me and asking me if i am calling them incompetent and my response was ABSOLUTELY. He them said he didn't want to deal with me anymore and told my insurance company to find someone else to service. Insurance scam? Just asking, not accusing but if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck....New company comes in, says i have no freon, told me nothing was cleaned but everything else was fine! He adds like 4lbs of freon and by the next morning, i went from 97 in my house to 76! So, i guess, they never measured the freon levels? This company has no clue regarding A/C, they throw darts at the problem and ******* is very very rude to his customers. I will be calling my warranty company and get them off of their list if it's the last thing I do. Obviously, a lot of people feel the same way!

    Complete waste of time and money. They still havent fixed my AC unit and came to my house 4 separate times. Do not use this joke of a company. The owner hasnt a clue how to operate a company. If only I could leave negative stars.
