On Thurdsay, I woke up to find my pool overflowing. In a panic I contacted *** and spoke to the owner *******. Within an hour of our conversation, he came out and diagnose the problem. The outflow valve was broken. He was able to get things under control, to allow me to reach out to the pool builder to get the valve fixed. He also drain the excess water from the pool, tested the water and checked the salt sytem to ensure the system was working properly. I truly cant thanked ******* enough for all he did. If it was possible to give him more than 5 stars. I would.

5 starsI have been extremely pleased with ****I was looking for a team that I could truly trust, and it has worked out very well.******* is highly communicative, and helps me to understand what is critical versus optional. 5 stars******* from FTG Pool and Service was very polite. FTG was on time, they took the time to explain everything to me that they were going to complete. They explained the cost and completed the service very quickly. I even signed up for their monthly pool service going forward.
