    I purchased online a Pool Pump strainer lid cover described at this link ************************************************************************************************ was needing a clear cover as described in the link. Before ordering, I called the company at ************ to verify that the cover was clear and not smoked in color. I was advised that the cover was clear. When I received the order, the cover was smoked in color and not clear. I called the company to initiate a return and was disconnected during the phone transfer and since then calls have been blocked. I also sent an email to the company requesting to return the product and got no response so far. I am just trying to return the item for credit since it did not match the online description and is not needed. The product has not been used or damaged in any way and still in its original packaging. Thank you. Also please note that the address you have for this company varies from where the item was shipped from at ******************************************************.

    *****: Glad we could finally speak and apologize for our phone system being down. We have advised our employees that this unit is not available in the clear version as the picture shows. We have changed the listing to reflect this. We only have one location and not sure what other address you found. We have sent a return tag to get the unit back for a refund. After speaking to you we looked for a used clear lid but could not find one.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I have received the pre-paid postage label for the return and will get it in the mail tomorrow.  Hopefully the refund will come through when they received the package.  ************** was very nice and helpful in resolving this matter.
