      This is by far the worse pool company in my personal experience. I used Poolman for at least 3 years. In the beginning everything was fine, but over time the service deteriorated. When I felt it was time to part ways, there was no live person to talk to in order to cancel my service. I got through once and the person was supposed to call me back, but that never happened. I was kept "hostage" in a lousy, unwanted bind. It gets better. While continuing its lousy service, the company stopped billing me. There was no option to pay online. I kept calling leaving messages about wanting to pay my ****, and you guessed it: no one returned my calls. This went on until my **** reached $806.8 !!You wonder, can it get any better? Yes, it can! I finally got a the **** in the mail in July 2021 and they charged me a $10 LATE FEE, bringing my **** to $816.80. Despite my frustration, I just paid the **** so I could move on as quickly as possible. Just last week, I received a "friendly reminder" letter dated July 27, 2022, reference a $10 LATE FEE, that was already paid off, and should have never been existed in the first place. The letter talked about sending the **** to collections services if not handled in timely manner. Again, I am making phone calls at Poolman's phone number, on the ****, and no one's picking up or returning my calls.

      Hello, I deeply apologize for the frustrations you have endured with our company. The billing issues are completely unacceptable as is lack of communication. I have notified the accounting supervisor and after viewing your account we show you are completely up to date and you have not been sent to collections. I have notified the supervisor you would like a call in order to resolve any other concerns and cancel your account. Thank you.

      We have been a customer for over *****. I have referred lost of friends and family. We have always had great service from pool techs, manager, and customer ********************** people. For the last couple of years that has stop. I've called customer ********************** and can't reach a live person. I leave a message and no call back. I have sent emails and no reply. After reaching out to other customers and finding out there having the same issues or have already found another pool company. It's time for me to do the same!
