      AccuBlue Home Testing subscribers are being charged a tax on subscriptions in violation of Arizona Law regarding credits which are created on a Leslies Gift card when is redeemable in their stores. Each monthly subscription is charged a sales tax based on the sales tax of the zip code location of each customer. When the credits are redeemed in a store a customer is once again charged a sales tax. This is double taxation. I have contacted AccuBlue customer **********************. They say they have been aware of the problem for sometime with no solution at this time.

      Thank you for your review. We'd like to clarify and hopefully ease any frustration. The monthly subscription fee and the in-store purchase are two separate transactions. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or bypass state law requirements.

      *************************** *******************. **** in to store to purchase the Zodiac scrubbing brushes for my Zodiac MX8 Elite. In store price was $27.99; Item No. ****** | Manufacturer ***: R0714400. I went in and one was left on the shelf. Picked up and went to the register where an employee was assisting another customer with pool water testing and greeted me kindly. However, while waiting, the Assistant Store Manager, I believe his name is **** walked around me standing in line to greet a customer who happened to just walk through the store. Instead of assisting me, he assisted the gentleman that walked in. **** did not greet me at all. After **** was done assisting the gentleman who walked in after me, he proceeded to assist me with my purchase of the above mentioned item. Not once was he pleasant to me at anytime. He tested my water without saying anything and after completing it, handed the paper over without saying anything. Everyone else at this location would always ask do you have any questions?. Fast forward to the purchase of the above mentioned item. I showed him the Amazon price of $20.99 for a price match; **** said he couldnt match due to it being a business price. I then pulled up regular people Amazon prices as **** said and it was actually a bit less $20.98; then **** proceeded now to say they would not match as the in store item was the ******** brand, even though it was listed as the Zodiac Brand on Leslies website and the *** number matched. Same company and same item, but **** refused to price match saying Zodiac is different from Baracuda. As **** said, has to be apples to apples and this was not, even though it was listed on the ****** website as Zodiac, but packaged under Baracuda. First he wouldnt match, saying it was business pricing, then showing him the price for regular ****** prices, he then now said he wont match because the items are not identical.****** failed to honor price match guarantee.

      0 stars , but had to leave one or it would not let me proceed Worst Service Ever!!!! Service/tech was at our house about 20 minutes , never even got his hands wet. Never addressed our issue, told us to go to the store and buy MORE chemicals and had the nerve to charge us $189.61. I wish I made that type of money for NOTHING.

      I ordered a solar pool cover from this company ONLY because it was to be delivered the next day. It was not delivered the next day. No explanation. I needed it that day due to the weather and an upcoming party. I would have ordered a different cover elsewhere if I had known that ****** Pools was just lying to sell their products. Fraud. Inducing someone to buy something based on a lie is fraud. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      They have you buy chemicals that you don't ******** thing is that you have copper in your water. I went and had my water tested somewhere else in my pool is absolutely fine

      **** the Manager is so Rude! A month ago to buy some chemicals, **** **** then she insisted I was buying the wrong products and none of these would work correctly without the other she may be right I dont know for sure but Ive been buying these products for the last 10 years out of the store and it works just fine. This was my first encounter with her as Ive used your past management in the store and everything was fine. She was quite rude. I didnt buy anything that day because she was very persistent and what I was buying and she made it very rude and tried to make me feel stupid. *** owned a pool for over 30 years. I came in today with my Polaris 280 to have it worked on as the wheels are not turning correctly. Ive done this a couple times over the years no problem usually just a few screws or the plastic she insisted I needed to have a full tuneup of $350 without looking at it I find this to be very arrogant in her part again she was rude and persistent, and try to make me feel like I dont know what Im talking about. I asked her to please just look at it. She told me itd be several days before she gets to it but she recommends the full tuneup of $350. I told her if Im spending that Im buying a new Polaris online. She said it would be several days before she could get to it. I told her I understood. She was very rude and let me know that her name and that she was the manager and that she was the one that I would be dealing with. She made that a point. its been a couple hours since I left the store and Im ready to go back and get my equipment and buy something online as I know she will come back with a heavy Bill before she even looks at it.!

      I would give a zero if possible. Set up an appointment about leaks on our pool pump and filter base, my wife showed them the leaks, they were there maybe ***** minutes, including the time to write up an estimate and the tech told my wife, "Yep you're right, it's leaking." Gave her an estimate and the parts needed, he told her she'd need to go into their store to get the parts and set up another appointment if we wanted them to repair the leaks. They charged us $178.00 and did nothing but say "Yep, it's leaking." Called their ***** number to try and rectify this and was told I would hear back from them in ***** hours. I was told there would be a $46 trip charge which I'm good with and $130 an hour for labor. The point being is he didn't diagnose anything, my wife pointed her finger at the leak on a gate valve and a leak on the filter base. $178 for being at our house for ***** minutes and not turning a wrench or diagnosing anything is ridiculous.

      I went in ****** pools on Sunday. I have never been treated so rude. I purchased some chemicals because I received a flyer in the mail with some great discounts. I went in and purchased a few of the items that were discounted and left. I went back in with my receipt and let them know I didn't get any of the prices listed on the flyer. That's when I was treated so rude! They have 2 counters someone was at the back counter but I walked up to the front counter because I would be next in line. The guy at the counter asked can I help you and I then let him know I didn't get any of the discounts. He grabbed the flyer out of my hand and threw it under the counter and said he was helping someone else. I said that's fine, I'll wait. He then approached the other customer and they said they were still looking around. So then he looked back at me. Started yelling. I asked him why are you being so rude. He returned everything on the receipt and then gave me the proper discount. I asked if I could have the flyer back because there were other items I may need (sale good until June 5). That's when *** came up and said you don't get the flyer back and started yelling at me. I said ***, why are you yelling at me. He only continued yelling and saying to me when you give a coupon at the store you don't get it back. I said it's not a coupon it's a flyer, can I please have it back. He continued to yell. I left. I will never go back to this store. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Made me give them a star rating. Didn't deserve even the 1. Should have the option fora 0.

      Beware when ordering from the website. Site states shipping cost to be $7.95, prior to final checkout, but does not disclose that some items will be subject to tariff costs. My purchase included an unexpected $160 of additional "shipping" costs with no warning prior to checkout that an additional charge may be applied. Customer ********************** was unable to cancel the order, and there is no refund for shipping charges. Since the tariff cost is classified as a "shipping" cost on their website instead of correctly placing it as a tax, even if the order were to be returned, there would be no refund for the unexpected $160 charge.

      Wish I could leave 0. Purchased a pool pump and call ****** to get it installed . Supposed to come from 12-5 0n 05/12/2025. Got two messages that serviceman was delayed. Then ay 7 get a yexy we are rescheduled the next day. We NEEDED it done on this day since only day would be out at the house this week due to graduations etc. My wife tried to get Wednesday the 14th and first thing in the morning after what happened. The lady seemed brain dead and confused or maybe she didn't care at all. They set it up then called back to change it. My wife is like no we need this time. You already screwed up my Monday when I waited 7 hours and no one came. This kept happening back and forth. Kept trying to change time they wanted to come, and time when we are not there. Kept saying DISPATCH will call DISPATCH has to set it up . F you and dispatch. Real morons that don't have any clue about customer **********************!!! Every time we called didin't even have a record of our appointment!!! Now if the idiots can't even make an appointment can you imagine how incompetent the pool repair guys are. This is a blessing since they probably would have messed everything up. I now have reputable pool company to do the work. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this s*** company!!!!!! Never again!!!
