    On 11/2/2023, Million Dollar Mingle (MDM) hosted a PRIVATE CHARITY DINNER. The auction event was for expensive vacation trips by **** ********* of Giveback Fundraising (GBF). I won a bid for a Villa outside ********* (7 nights) for $5,000 to be used within 18 months. The issues started approximately a year later when I attempted to schedule the trip. The provided *** email does not exist when reaching out to schedule the trip. Luckily, the giveback fundraising website works but does not return requests for schedule. **** does respond back to ******************* For the past 4 months, I have been unable to schedule with **** and now he does not return calls or emails. I reached out to *** on January 18, 2025, to get support. *** responded that others have had problems with scheduling their trips. *** said they were tracking him down for a resolution. After multiple attempts to touch base with MDM, they have not responded. My issue is that *** hosted and vouched for a known individual that has conducted similar charity scams. *** has not attempted to support those who were scammed, assisted with information to get restitution, and keep those impacted informed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
