      Was lied to by ****** at ****************** in *********. Scammed into signing a lease. Once we arrived from out of State, we would discover the lie. And it was too late to change the move in and go somewhere else with our family and a packed moving truck. Upon moving in, I was not permitted to do a walk through with ******. From then on, its been one thing after another. Once I began to take them to task for their conduct, and educate them on Fair Housing Laws, they began to retaliate and it hasnt stopped. We have never violated our lease in any way whatsoever, but our neighbors, who are favored, have, and without any consequence. This is a blatant violation of Fair Housing Laws, which Picerne has previously been sued for. All efforts to communicate and resolve issues were to no avail, even though Picerne presented themselves as willing to do. To add, it wasnt until after we signed a lease that we were required to provide Picerne with our account name and numbers for the utilities. This is a gross violation of privacy. Residents are constantly receiving notices for various fines that will be issued that are not included in the lease. Should we be assessed ridiculous move out fees, I will update, and if necessary, file a report and go from there.
