      Through Santa ******* Design Studio, there was a discrepancy with pricing. I was told I could place the order over the phone and they would adjust pricing, or place the order, and then call in and they'd refund me the difference. I was nervous to just place it and trust them to refund me, so I called in to place the order over the phone. However, I would have to order multiple quantities. So I placed the order, and had to call back 3 times to have them apply the refund, each time they had to wait and have me call back later for a different reason. I finally got a lady to do it via email. However the refund never came. I contacted her several times, she kept promising just a little longer, for various reasons again, but over a month later, no refund still! In the mean time they went ahead and charged for another item that was supposedly backordered at the time of the first order (charged 2 weeks later, seeming like it would finally ship). However another 2 and a half weeks later, still no item, and no confirmation of it shipping or anything. These people are unethical low lifes, ripping you off and keeping you strung along as much as possible.

      Im truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with your sales order ********. After reviewing the situation, I was able to quickly identify the issue.
      Your request was escalated to our customer service supervisor on January 22, 2025, and the refund was processed. Unfortunately, due to system issues, it was not correctly refunded to your original payment method. Ive alerted our IT support team to resolve this, and weve manually forced the refund to process. You should expect the refund within 5-7 business days from today.


      Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay and lack of communication. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and were committed to addressing this issue to ensure that future purchases and customers are not affected. Moving forward, we will always honor the lowest advertised price on sale items.
      Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, Id like to offer you a gift certificate to use on your next Santa ******* Design Studio purchase. Please keep an eye out for this in the mail. We hope this helps improve your shopping experience with us.

      On 12/15/24 I ordered 26 items on Autom webpage. When I received the items, I was surprised to see that these items from ***** contained lead paint. Autom's web display of the items does not indicate items have lead paint. I would not have ordered and paid for items with lead paint. Since these are Clearance items, their policy is not to accept Clearance items for Refund. I have not contacted Autom because their policy states they will not refund Clearance items.I believe it is not legal to sell items containing lead paint in the **** But I am not pursuing any legal action. I would like to report Autom CBC Group to ****************** and ********** *******
