I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/12/2024

We have returned the customer's call and left messages at the School's voice mail message system. I cannot answer as to why she did not get her messages from the school staff. This is not our problem. She called a few days ago and finally left a cell phone number. I just left a voicemail again on their main school line messaging system and also called her last Monday and left a voice mail again at their school messaging system. But in her last message, she finally left her cell phone and we finally connected today. We have an appointment to do her repair at 8:00 AM tomorrow morning at the school classrooms. Since her floor labor is out of the labor warranty period of 2 years as mandated by the State of Arizona , she is aware that she will be billed for the repair. However, since we still stock her material we will give her 5 boxes at no cost to the school. She will release the complaint once the repair is complete. Thank you

    Dear BBB,

A claim has been initiated with the manufacturer of the product they are complaining about. The company this was ordered from will do the product warranty inspection. **************** will be notified when an independent inspector has been scheduled.

We will keep you updated as to the disposition of the product inspection.

    Thanks,
