I could not be happier with America Roofing. They completed a full replacement of my roof. The amount they quoted me was the amount i ended up paying...no "bait and switch" nonsense or "we found more issues" nonsense. They came out when they were scheduled to and were done in 3 days. They also cleaned up after themselves properly. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are a bunch of scam artist. They came out to look at my 5 1/2 year old roof that is dripping Tar and sticking to my stucco. Meritage Homes sent them out. They told Meritage that nothing is wrong with the roof. " Really". Meritage sends me a letter saying that there is nothing wrong with the roof. Meritage tells me the roof is OK and my 2 year warranty is expired so they are not going to do anything. Why did you send anyone out if the warranty is expired? I reach out to America Roofing and told them that regardless I need to get this Fixed. They sent me an estimate for $2,500. ******* came out to do the estimate then I spoke to ***** his boss and finally the owner ****. They said they should have never come out and will not explain why they told Meritage the roof is fine but want to pay $2,500 dollars to repair the roof. I would never recommend this company and it is horrible what these companies are allowed to get away with.America Roofing LLC

You issues are between you and the builder. We did not do the original roof on your home. This was done by another company. You should have contacted the original roofer. You are also leaving out the parts where you cursed and called multiple people employed by america roofing names. You acted like a bully and rude to people.Review fromJoanna G.

1 starIf I could give them zero stars I would. I called them after the storm hit in the summer of 2022. We had damaged tiles and they were the company our builder used so I thought it would be best to go with them, knowing it was not a warranty issue. It took them several weeks to just come out and look at our roof. When months went by I called to follow up. I got transferred twice, no one could find my information so they sent someone out again to look. Happened to be the same guy and he said he found his service notes and never turned them in so he doesn't have to inspect the roof. I called about 2 weeks later and again they couldn't find my information. They couldn't care less. No one apologized or tried to help the situation.
