I have attempted to contact Sunvek Roofing dozens of times and they tell me someone will come and and they never did. Sunvek was supposed repair my deck but the water did not drain well. It took them months to come out but someone did and said they can do a better job and then they came out and made it much worse. The water creates a puddle away from the drain and settles at the sliding glass door. They also raised one side of the deck to help the water drain but raised it too high so it is very dangerous. I have dozens of pictures and videos and records of my phone calls and recent voice mails stating someone will come out but they never do.

We were disappointed to note a complaint of this nature. For this project, we were hired to apply waterproofing coating to a deck. Coatings do not compensate for or fill in low spots in a surface. In this case, even though not a part of our contract, we have made three separate attempts to satisfy the homeowner. Most recently, we requested the ******************************** to review our work, to ascertain performance meeting and/or exceeding standards. The homeowner refused this request. Accordingly, there is nothing further we can do with this.
