    We made an appointment three weeks in advance to get our RV serviced here for brakes specifically and they were aware of this when we made the appointment AND when I called to confirm the appointment two days ago. We showed up on time to our 8AM appointment to not be greeted or asked why we were there. After getting the attention of the guy at the desk and telling him we have an appointment to service our brakes they tell us the guys who do the brakes arent here and offer no information of when they would be able to service the brakes or any way of helping us. We then asked what the plan was for our appointment today and the manager **** stepped in and asked with an attitude why we even need our brakes done. After we explained to him why we needed them inspected he repeated well the guys arent here. We asked him what were supposed to do since we have been relying on this appointment for weeks and were on the road traveling and the manager **** responded he could rip them out himself and charge us over a thousand bucks.Obviously after this interaction and being treated like children we chose to take our business elsewhere. This business is not only unreliable but also extremely unprofessional. ****** emphasize enough how rude and unhelpful **** the service manager was.

You have made it very clear through multiple reviews that we have fallen short of both of these goals. Due to an illness among our staff, we were unable to provide a knowledgeable technician to service your vehicle. For this I apologize as I can understand the frustration as well as the inconvenience this has caused you.I also apologize that in the process we fell very short of providing an enjoyable experience for you.I understand your decision to continue your trip and address your issues at a later date.Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can address these issues and improve for the future.
