I signed up for the program 14 days ago - and there is no one to get in touch with about the process. I stated I wanted accountability, but that apparently isn't in the contract I signed. I get texts and emails from a "coach," but when I have tried to text and email back I haven't gotten no responses. There is no support feature on the online portal at all. Honestly, I'd just want my money back. I wanted to simplify my process and learn how to get appointments from cold call. There is no process and no support system - definitely no accountability system like the biggest thing I was promised. I haven't found an example of cold calling - they're all based on warm leads. And the system is just complicating everything - not making it easier.I read there is no return policy - which absolutely was not told to me at any point. However, the contract does not state that it is with me - it states my company, which I have no authority to sign for. With a void contract - please just give me my money back

This people say "we coach everyone except underwater basket weaving". However, the calls always went the same way. What do I hope to get out of the call or what am I struggling with, they listen to me tell them that I'm a Realtor and I'm trying to figure out how to call the people who register on my website without sounding like a telemarketer. I explain that I am not cold calling trying to sell something they don't want. They all direct me to the "Tonality Video" and say, "Do you agree that you need more coaching?" Of course I'm going to say YES that's why I paid for a coaching program. Then, they go into their high pressure sales tactics. I had to hang up on one of them because he wouldn't take no for an answer. They dont provide what's advertised, it's a scam to get money and more money. I told every person I spoke with what I needed and still got directed to a video and a sales pitch to pay more money. Granted the last person was also attempting to upsell me to spend thousands of more dollars, he did seem to listen to me. He said he would have me speak to the *** or COO because that person had more power than *****. That person called the next day, it wasn't a conversation as it lasted all of 30 seconds with him saying someone would follow up and no one ever called me back. He seemed irritated but did say he just left a conference in ******* or something, so maybe he was tired. But he's the top and no one followed up on my concern. Ultimately, I was able to find a company who provided me with a coach who was an actual Realtor. Regular phone calls, tasks, and accountability was what I received. This is what coaching looks like. After reporting them to Elective, **** called and asked if I would accept two months of coaching to retract my statement. Fool me once. This company needs to be investigated. They are the people overseas scamming lonely women out of money, except they are stateside and doing it to people trying to better their business.

I was asked to co-sign for a loan for *************************** on 11/29/22. Come to find out the loan was solely in my name. I have reached out to 7th Level several times by email and telephone since 11/30/22. I think that its very shady, wrong, and probably even illegal that 7th Level contacted *************************** (the supposed co-signer) regarding a loan that is solely in my name to report to him that I keepcalling to cancel MY loan and 7th Level has not reached out to me directly other than an email to say someone would reach out to me!!! I should not be the sole person on a loan that has nothing to do with me. I have sent several emails and left several voicemails but of course they know that since they reached out to ****** and not me even though they emailed me on Friday December 9 and said someone would reach out to me within 24 hours because they cannot just cancel the loan. I hadnt even been 30 days and the first payment is to be made on 12/29/22. How is it that a business is able to discuss a loan with someone other than me? How is it that they are able to return calls to any party other than me to discuss my loan that I am trying to cancel?
